It is a 3 day process..

We gonna put pressure on the liver to flush the toxins for two days and then flush it off on 3rd day

  • Drink water to stay hyderated
  • Sleep at   10 PM

Day 2

  • 9:45 PM –> Mix 1 1/2 grapefruit (also called as orange) juice and 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 10 PM –> Drink the wonderful drink you have made on the earth that will remove the toxins in  your body. Feeling odd..drink remaining 1/2 orange fruit juice to chase up.
