Slim and Sexy Tips

How to stay slim and sexy is the most sought question every body thinks of. So here are the my tips to get slim and muscle.

Eat good fat and banish processed and refined sugars

Foods such as white bread, cool drinks and potato chips contain sugar that has high glycemic value i.e fastly absorbed by body. So sudden spike in sugar levels in the blood. Ooops, Insulin levels also rises to control… Hmmm so your body stops taking energy from the fat reserves and takes energy from this sugar. So where is the chance to get slim.

So say no to these junk and eat good fat such as in almonds.

Love the Protein, Fibre

Protein is what builds muscle, burn fat, make u sexy. You should have atleast 30 gm per day. Start ur day with protein (just 3 egg white). Eat protein rich foos such as eggs, veggies. Veggies and fruits have lot of fibre which washes off ur fat. Include salad once a day(why not have it in evening snack).

Hit Iron every 3 days

Use weights every 3 days so that fat starts burning in remaining 2 days.

HIIT Cardio

Use High Intensity Interval Training as your cardio. Frequent blast of cardio in the cardio excersise. Always try new variations in doing cardio.
